What is unique about Chia seed oil is that it is the richest known source of alpha-linolenic acid. Because of its high fatty acid content, it has great hydrating properties. In addition to this, Chia seed oil contains antioxidants such as alpha-lipoic acid, coumaric, and caffeic acid.
