Enhanced through fermentation for potent antioxidants
- We use a unique Sakura flower (cherry blossom) extract enhanced by a combined fermentation with leftover rice from Sake production in Japan. The native yeast used in the process is collected directly from the Sakura flower and removed at the end of the fermentation. The fermented combination results in an extract rich in plant antioxidants, which is more potent than the Sakura extract alone.
